How will i get my PIN ?
All the pins are sent by EMAIL only. No physical card or voucher is sent to
any postal address. For security reasons the PIN numbers are sent ONLY to the
person who ordered.
When will i get my PIN ?
All pins are sent within 3-4 working hours (10 AM to 6 PM). However in
exceptional circumstances such as network errors, strikes, extreme weather etc
it may take a bit longer.
I did not receive the email, what should I do ?
Few email providers such as yahoo, hotmail etc block our emails at times, you
can always check the status of your order and the PIN number in your eMarkaz
account online.
Follow these instructions to check the PIN and status online.
1. Login to "My eMarkaz" at
http://my.emarkaz.com , or by clicking on the link at the top header of
every page.
2. Click on order history.
3. Click on your order number or "View/Change order" button next to your order
number.
4. On the detailed page you can see your PIN number in "comments/pin" column.

Can you directly deposit the PIN into the mobile phone ?
NO, we do not provide balance transfer facility directly to the mobile
phones. We simply email the pin number to the customers
I do not want to mention the receiver's details ?
We respect your privacy! and we don't even want you to mention the receiver's
details any where! we have designed a special shopping cart system where you
don't need to enter any details of the recipient. Just enter your details and
that's it! You will receive your PIN on the provided email address.
Do I need to give the phone number where the PIN will be loaded?
NO, you don't need to give the mobile phone number where the card will be
loaded. You can keep it private to your self.
There is an error in loading the card, what should I do ?
Please remember that all PINs are generated by the vendors database directly,
which gives eMarkaz customers 100% validity and peace of mind! however at times
the mobile operators severs are busy and they give random errors while loading
the PINs, please try again at some different time. If you still get the same
error than please
