How to Create an Account?
Your account is created automatically for you
the first time you place an order!. When you
place your first order we store your information
on our secure server and ask you to provide your
username and a password.
The next time you want to
place an order we'll ask you to log in using the
username and password. This time it won't take
as long to place the order because we already
know your name / address. We do not save the
payment details as we do not process online
payments on our server.
What is myeMarkaz ?
"my eMarkaz" is where you manage your
account details and orders.
To access Your Account, click "my eMarkaz" at
the top of any page. For security, we ask you to
enter your username and password each time you
sign in. In Your Account you can:

track your orders
-
make changes to an order
that has not yet entered the dispatch
process

change your Shipment and
billing addresses.

see pending orders and
check the status of your order in the
dispatch process

find links to your Wish
List and recommendations

contact the customer
support via trouble ticket
