Canceling an Order

If you've accidentally placed an order or just changed your mind, don't worry. You can cancel or amend any order which hasn't been dispatched.

10% surcharge is deducted from the total amount incase of full credit card payment refund, and Incase of offline payment mode, we will deduct 10% surcharge and the money transfer fees.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support department 24/7.

We cannot cancel orders that have already entered the dispatch process.
