What is my eMarkaz ?
"my eMarkaz" is where you manage your
account details and orders. To access Your
Account, click "my eMarkaz" at the top of any
page. For security, we ask you to enter your
username and password each time you sign in. In
Your Account you can:

track your orders
-
make changes to an order
that has not yet entered the dispatch
process

change your Shipment and
billing addresses.

see pending orders and
check the status of your order in the
dispatch process

find links to your Wish
List and recommendations

contact the customer
support via trouble ticket
