Delivery Terms
We are pleased to announce that
eMarkaz.com
is offering FREE Delivery service for all
orders placed with us on-line. There will be no
service charge for all items to be delivered within
our
delivery coverage
area in Pakistan.
The amount you see is what
you pay. Please
note that orders received before 18:30 PM on weekdays
and Saturdays will be shipped on the same day or
next day, unless specified otherwise. Orders made
after 18:30 PST on Saturday and on Sunday will be
shipped on the following Monday. There will be special Holiday charges
for Sundays and other events like Valentine's
Day, Mother's Day, Eid
and Father's Day. Same
Day Delivery (only in Lahore)
For all orders requested same day delivery can
be arrange provided the orders were received before
1:30 PM Pakistan Time (GMT + 5.00)
To guarantee the availability of stocks
for peak season delivery like Eid, Valentine's Day
or Mother's Day, please order at least 3 days
in advance. Place your order
earlier and we will try our utmost best to meet
your desired delivery date and time. In certain
areas, due to unavailability of delivery service,
products may be delivered "a day earlier" or "a
day after" the requested date.
Important: Please review all
information before submitting an order e.g. recipient's
name, delivery address, post code, contact number
& delivery date.
Incomplete address, phone numbers, information of
Sender and Receiver may delay the delivery.
Please ensure that all information entered during
the order process are complete and free of error.

will not be liable for any delay in orders due to
incomplete or erroreneous
information.
If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery,
no refunds will be made as the order items
will be considered as delivered.
Flowers & cakes can not be delivered
to P.O. boxes and rural areas (Chacks and Villages).
Refund will be given at the discretion
of the company management.
Please check your e-mail immediately
after placing an order, you will receive an
e-mail of confirmation from us. This
e-mail
contains your order number as well as a summary
of your order. If there is any changes to be made
you may reply the
e-mail
with the details of your order. We will do the necessary

Should a problem arise, you will be contacted via
e-mail with an explanation of the problem, along
with a phone number that can be used to contact
our customer service. Please
note that seasonal conditions may affect the supply
of certain kind of flowers and fruits. Specific
colors may not always be available. In some extreme
cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill
your floral and container requirements. In certain
cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve
the right to substitute your order with another
item which is of equal or higher value. In these
circumstances, alternative containers of similar
or greater value and style will be used.
Not withstanding the above, occasionally the delivery
could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances
that is beyond our control.
World wide Deliveries
We use two shipping methods for international
deliveries.
1. Courier Post.
We use commercial courier services like FedEx, DHL,
TCS and Speed Post for international shipments,
depending on the order, the shipping time varies
between 3 to 12 days. It is easy to track the courier
shipments with unique tracking numbers.
2. Parcel Post / Book Post.
Shipping time of normal parcel post varies between
14-21 business days. There is no online tracking
available for parcel post. The maximum shipping
time may take up-to 8 business weeks, depending
on the load on local postal services. We do not
accept any claim, or any refund request for parcels
which are not delivered in 10 weeks time. You are,
therefore requested to place your order in advance
for timely delivery. For your protection, we call
all the customers and confirm the order details
over the phone, so please provide us your valid
and working phone number with country and area code.
We will try our best to ship the gifts on specified
date, but sometimes we may fall short, due to:
1) Late placement of order
2) Late Approval of the payment
3) Incomplete or incorrect address and/or telephone
number
4) Absence of anyone to receive the delivery at
the specified address
5) The refund policy does not hold for clothes
with customized measurements. Clothes with customized
measurement are not exchanged or refunded.
6) Weather and other natural disasters which may
interfere with procurement and shipment of
items.

Terms and Conditions
Following terms and conditions apply
to all orders. Please read carefully and print them
for further references.
Pakistan Delivery
eMarkaz has its own exclusive delivery network in
Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
In other cities we use commercial courier services
like TCS, OCS and Leopards for standard shipments.
For your protection, we call all the customers
and confirm the order details over the phone,
so please provide us your valid and working phone
number with country and area code.
All deliveries are subject to approval and confirmation
of your credit card or offline payment confirmation.
We will try our best to deliver the gift on specified
date, but sometimes we may fall short, due to :
1) Late placement of order (less than 48 hours from
stipulated date of delivery)
2) Late Approval of payment (online or offline)
3) Incomplete or incorrect address and/or telephone
number
4) Absence of anyone to receive the delivery at
the specified address
5) Weather and other natural disasters which may
interfere with procurement and shipment of items.
6) All Sugarless Orders require a delivery time
of 96 hours
7) Every effort will be made to deliver the gift
on Eid or any special occasion, however we do reserve
the right to deliver the good on any of the three
Eid days.
8) All Sunday deliveries should be requested at-least
48 hours in advance.
9) The refund policy does not hold for clothes
with customized measurements. Clothes with customized
measurement are not exchanged or refunded.
10) Most of the orders are shipped within 2-3
business days, however in some cases when
products are not in stock, or out of print the
shipment process may take longer, the maximum
wait time is 10-14 days, we inform the customers
for replacement of the product or can issue full
refund if the products are not arranged within
the maximum wait time.
11) We try our level best to deliver the products
on the desired date, but incase the products are
not delivered we do not offer any refund or hold
any claim. For more information, please contact
our
customer support department.
12) The scratch cards, calling cards, PIN
codes, Internet cards are not shipped physically
due to security reasons, they are sent via
emails only. If the card is purchased with other
products than the card will be sent to the Buyer
directly through email, and will not be shipped
in the shipment to the recipient.
13) The scratch cards are delivered always in
the purchased denomination, however if there is
some stock issue, or technical issue with the
vendors eMarkaz can send alternative
denomination, suppose if a card worth 1000 is
not available than we can send 2 x 500 cards.
14) The delivery date option given on the
site is only valid for deliveries in Pakistan,
this option is not valid for international
deliveries.
15) Premium delivery charge of $4 will be charged
for all deliveries on Public Holidays.
