Tracking your order
If you recently placed an order and you're
wondering why you haven't received it yet, you
should first check whether we've dispatched it
to you:

Login to eMarkaz.com

Check the history of your
orders

Click on the order
number/date
-
On the next
page you should see details of the order
you're expecting.

If the order
is Open you can modify it through the
links given on the My eMarkaz panel, and if
the order is Closed than no changes
can be made, not even by eMarkaz.
Pending
This means your order is received, and its
payment is under process, or you haven't made
the payment so far. If you have made the payment
through online payment method than our accounts
staff will review the payment manually. If you
have chosen the offline payment method, than
your order will remain pending until you make
the payment and confirm it to eMarkaz through
email. If you have made the payment and still
your order remains "Pending" for 14 hours
(except holidays) please
contact eMarkaz immediately.
Payment
Received
As soon as your payment is processed, you will
receive a confirmation email from eMarkaz, and
you order status will be changed to "Payment
Received".
Approved
This means your order is under process, and has entered the dispatch
process. It will leave our fulfillment centre as
soon as it is ready, usually within the next 48 hours. You cannot change or cancel an order once
it has entered the dispatch process.
Shipped
This means your order left our fulfillment
centre on the date specified. Despite our
efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen
delivery delays. We have no control over
the postage delays, specially on international
parcels.
Credit Card
Verification Required
This means that we need further documents to
ensure the validity and consent of the genuine
card holder. Please follow the instructions
given on the automated email to complete the
verification process. Please, note that this
request is time sensitive and if no reply
received within 3 days the order will be
cancelled and payment will be refunded in full
automatically.
Dress Under
Making Process
This means that your order containing dresses is
under making process. The making time of the
dresses given on the site is 14-21 business days
during normal days, however it may take longer
depending on the availability of the fabric,
load on the factory, error in sizes etc.
Please make sure you confirm the sizes as soon
as you place the order at eMarkaz, the sizes
confirmation email is sent as soon as you place
the order, click on the link and review your
sizes. The making time starts after you confirm
the sizes.
Product's out
of stock
Very rarely, if a product is missing we inform
the customer, the customer can change the
product by replying to email, or get refund of
that product.
