incidentally, stands for Wireless Application
Protocol). With a WAP browser, you can access
dedicated WAP pages while on the move.

What is the
URL of eMarkaz mobile portal
You can access the eMarkaz mobile/WAP portal
with the following URLS
http://mobile.emarkaz.com
or http://wap.emarkaz.com
These URLs will
only work in the mobile phones or PAD devices.
They wont work in normal web based browsers.
Is this
service free?
Yes its
100% free,
all you need is an UrduPoint or eMarkaz account.
How can I
Check the order status?
Login
to your eMarkaz Mobile with your "My
eMarkaz" username and password, this is the
same username and password which you used during
ordering at eMarkaz. You don't need to join
again to use this service.
After
successful login you will get two choices to
access your order history.
1 - Recent Orders (here you will see the orders
placed in last 90 days)
2 - Old Orders (here you will see the orders
placed before 90 days)
Click on the
desired link and on the next page you will see
the list of your orders, and the brief status,
including delivery date, receiver name, list of
out of stocked products or any comments given by
the eMarkaz staff. To view the details of the
products ordered please click on "order
details" link.
Can i Change
the account Password?
You can
change the password of your "eMarkaz"
account by accessing this page. Enter your
current password, and new password twice. Your
password will be changed immediately.
Can I Send
feedback / emails to eMarkaz?
If you want to send any comments / suggestions
or complaints to eMarkaz than click on the
"feedback" link at the bottom of every
page. There you can enter your order ID and your
message, which will be delivered to eMarkaz
support team immediately.
Is it secure
to login from mobile phone?
Yes it is as secure as login through regular web
based browser.
Which
devices are compatible?
Any mobile phone / PDA device with Wap 1.2 or
higher. The mobile connection should have WAP /
GPRS enabled by the service provider.
